The deep lustrous finish of solid natural slate creates the perfect presentation for cheeses, meats, and crackers. Measuring 8" x 16", the tray comes with soapstone chalk, so the type of cheese (or other message) can be written directly on the slate. Made from USA materials with North American-sourced slate, handcrafted in Raleigh, North Carolina by SlatePlate. (spreader and cheeses not included)

	Slate Tray
	I absolutely love this tray. It's a great size and makes a really nice gift. I know because I received one from a friend. and then turned around and bought one as a gift for a family member. I like the idea of also using it as a message board when not in use holding yummy cheeses!

	Slate Serving Tray needs pic & description sent with item for gift
	I purchased one each for my three grown children and sent them to their homes while the shipping was free. They use the trays to write notes, as well as for entertaining. They didn't understand at first what they were nor what the soap chalk was because the cool description and picture on-line is not sent with the tray. I had to copy and paste the description and picture and send to them. Now they understand and love them.
