We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a check or money order. We charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number your credit card bank has on file for your account. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. |

| We will gladly accept the return of products that are unacceptabe due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. If we make fulfillment mistakes in sending the incorrect product, we will also accept the return 30 days from the date of purchase.
IF the item is damaged, defective, or NOT the item you ordered, the shipping charge will also be refunded. However, if the item is returned for any other reason, the SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
When mailing your return to Our State Store, please include your contact information and reason for the return. Please email products@ourstate.com
or call (800-948-1409) to let us know to expect your return.

| Our State Store shall automatically charges the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses in North Carolina. Most North Carolina counties are subject to a 7.75% sales tax rate on purchases; however, there are exceptions. At check-out, the applicable rate based on the shipping zip code will be calculated automatically. North Carolina law requires that retailers charge sales tax on shipping costs. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for any and all sales taxes. |

| Most orders are delivered by UPS for tracking purposes, so please provide a PHYSICAL SHIPPING ADDRESS. Orders generally ship the next business day if ordered by 11 a.m. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or any major holiday, will not be fulfilled until the next business day.
If a product you have ordered is out-of-stock, but expected to be restocked soon, there may be a delay in fulfilling your order. Please indicate on your order if there is an immediate need for a particular product so we can keep you informed. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

| We will make every attempt to ship your entire order at the same time. Products that are temporarily out-of-stock will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products actually shipped, plus any applicable shipping charges quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entire shipping charge may be applied to the first shipment and the backorder will not be charged for additional shipping. |
