This was a Christmas present for my wife and myself. We both love oysters in any form living right here on the Chesapeake Bay. We sometimes even pull our own right out of the bay. Love the book great recipes, all which are easy to make , with very few ingredients needed, most of which we already have in our cabinets. In fact we have seen Bill Smith on UNCEX on several cooking shows.

Loved the book
Got this book as a gift for some great friends, and they loved it. The have a cottage in Me., so what could be better. Wish we had bought one for ourselves, too Maybe later on. Dick
