How much is shipping?

Our "Standard" shipping rates are based on your order total and are as follows:

  • Under $30: $6

  • $30.01 - $60: $9

  • $60.01 - $99.99: $12

  • $100+: Free!


How quickly will I receive my order?

  • If your order ships within North Carolina, or to South Carolina or Virginia, you should receive your order within 2-4 business days.

  • If your order ships to the West Coast of the United States, expect to receive it in 4-7 business days.

  • Other destinations within the United States should receive their orders within 3-6 business days.

  • Orders placed before 1:30 PM will ship that day. Orders placed after 1:30 PM will ship the following business day.


I need it faster than that! Can I expedite my order?


Yes! We offer a guaranteed 1-2 business day shipping option. Our "USPS Priority Express 1-2 Business Day" shipping rates are based on your order total and are as follows:

  • Under $30: $23

  • $30.01 - $60: $26

  • $60.01 - $99.99: $29

  • $100+: $20

Please note that we do not offer Priority Mail Express shipping for orders shipping to the states West of the Mississippi: Arizona, Arkansas, Alaska,  California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.


Can I include a gift message?

Yes! If your order is a gift, please follow these steps at checkout:

  • Answer "yes" when asked whether the order is a gift

  • Enter your message into the "Enter Gift Message" field. Please limit gift messages to 200 characters or less.

Your gift message will be printed on the packing slip included with your order.


What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of new, unused products (except food) within 60 days of purchase date.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT RETURNS

In the event a product is damaged in transit, is defective, or if we sent you the wrong product, a replacement product will be shipped to you free of charge. You must notify us of these issues by phone at (800) 948-1409 or email at [email protected] within 60 days of purchase date. We may request that you return the damaged or incorrect item to us at our expense. If you don’t wish to receive a replacement product, you will receive a full refund including your original shipping charge.


STANDARD RETURNS

We will accept returns and exchanges of new, unused products for any other reasons within 60 days of purchase date. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned products to us. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less original shipping cost, once your return is received by us. Returned products must be in new, unused condition. Please contact us by phone at (800) 948-1409 or email at [email protected] to let us know to expect your return. Then, mail your return to us at Our State Store Returns, 800 Green Valley Rd., Suite 106, Greensboro, NC 27408.


Returns after 60 days for any reason may be eligible for store credit at the discretion of Our State Store.


Please note that we occasionally mark deeply discounted items as "final sale." These items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is damaged in transit, defective, or if we sent you the wrong product.


WINTER HOLIDAY RETURNS

To accommodate early gift shoppers, all products (except food) purchased September 15 through December 22 are eligible for return (in new, unused condition) until February 28 of the following year. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, and returns will be issued to the original form of payment (or store credit, if you prefer) less original shipping charges.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship outside of the contiguous United States.


An item I want to purchase is on "Back Order." What do I do now?

The item is on back order because it was popular, and we ran out of it! Don't worry; we're on top of the situation and are getting more product in as soon as we can. Go ahead and add the item to your cart and checkout, and you will be first in line to receive the item when it comes back into stock. If you'd like a better idea of when you might receive the product, give us a call at (800) 948-1409, but keep in mind we can't guarantee a delivery date on back ordered products. Please note that if you order other items, those items will be held until the back ordered item is back in stock.


An item I want to purchase is "Out of Stock." What do I do now?

This means we no longer have this item available for purchase and don't plan to carry it anymore. We're sorry you're disappointed! Please consider our great NEW products.


I'd like to order a food gift set, and I need it stat! What do I do?

Unfortunately we are not able offer expedited shipping on our food gift sets. Please consider our many other gift selections which can be expedited. 


Can I pick up my order from your office in Greensboro?

No. All of our inventory is stocked at a fulfillment center in Butner, so we are not able to offer items for pick up.


Can I sell your products in my store?

No. We do not currently offer any products for wholesale.
